The Press Office maintains day-to-day relations with Italian and international journalists for Confindustria Ceramica, Cersaie, Ceramics of Italy, Federazione Ceramica e Laterizio, Foncer, CerEnergia and Gas Intensive (the latter only at a local level) and has established strong relationships over the years.

Information on these organisations’ activities is provided both in response to specific questions submitted by journalists and through press releases, press kits, conferences, roundtable discussions and other events.

Crucial support for media relations in North America is provided by Novita Pr, a New York-based communications firm that produces the US Media Bulletin, a periodical newsletter reserved for member companies containing information on communication opportunities in North America.
