Kerapoxy CQ, far more than a simple grout
Are you looking for a high-performance, multifunctional, easy-to-use epoxy grout? KERAPOXY CQ suits you. KERAPOXY CQ is an anti-acid, two-component epoxy grout for ceramic tiles and mosaics, available in a range of 21 colours. Thanks to Mapei BioBlock® technology, KERAPOXY CQ has bacteriostatic properties certified by the University of Modena (Italy) according to ISO 22196:2007 standards. This prevents the formation and proliferation of micro-organisms and moulds on the joints’ surface, making hygienic and healthy the tiled surfaces of flooring in industrial, commercial and residential environments and swimming pools. It is classified RG according to EN 13888 and R2 according to EN 12004. KERAPOXY CQ has very low emission level of volatile organic compounds (VOC), certified by GEV Institute as EMICODE EC1 R PLUS. It is suitable for ceramic surfaces complying with the HACCP systems and meets the requirements set by CE 852/2004 regulations concerning the hygiene of food products.
