A new Italgraniti Group headquarters for effective resource coordination

In May this year, the ceramic tile manufacturing Group Italgraniti, owner of the Italgraniti, Impronta and Ceramica Magica brands, opened a new headquarters in Casinalbo (MO) with the aim of bringing together its offices, showroom and distribution platform at a single central location. The offices, previously divided between the Modena headquarters and the manufacturing facility in San Martino in Rio, have now been centralised to allow for more effective resource management. This in turn has optimised communication between the various departments and improved administrative and commercial management.

 Located in the heart of the ceramic district, the new headquarters serves as both a warehouse and a distribution platform, allowing for more efficient organisation and a prompt service. The new logistic structure will optimise loading points, streamline scheduled and after-hours goods reception and increase the flexibility of the order processing system. The company’s new showroom, additionally designed to host presentations and training courses, is open to retailers and designers.
