| Roles of responsibility were renewed during the June 7 Annual Meeting in which Franco Manfredini was confirmed President (100%), along with the new Board of Directors Following the unanimous re-election of Franco Manfredini as Chairman of Confindustria Ceramica, the Members’ Meeting held yesterday on 7 June also elected the new Executive Board for the two-year period 2011-2012. The Board now consists of: Domenico Antetomaso (Ideal Standard Holdings BC Italy S.r.l.), Loriano Bocini (Industrie Bitossi), Massimo Bonezzi (Ceramiche Gardenia Orchidea S.p.A.), Viterbo Burani (Arpa Industria Ceramica S.p.A.), Roberto Fabbri (ABK Industrie Ceramiche), Giancarlo Forni (Linco Baxo Industrie Refrattari S.p.A.), Giuliano Gambini (Gambini Group Industrie Ceramiche srl), Lauro Giacobazzi (Rondine spa), Andrea Ligabue (Etruria Design S.r.l.), Corrado Manelli (Majorca spa), Ennio Manuzzi (Ceramica Sant’Agostino spa), Mario Moriconi (Tagina Ceramiche d’Arte spa), Enzo Donald Mularoni (Ceramica Del Conca S.p.A.), Luca Mussini (Gruppo Concorde S.p.A.), Cesare Pegoraro (Keratech S.p.A.), Maurizio Piglione (Marazzi Group spa), Giorgio Romani (Serenissima Cir Industrie Ceramiche S.p.A.), Riccardo Sala (IPA Industria Porcellane S.p.A.), Villiam Tioli (Emilceramica SpA) and Graziano Tonelli (Gamma Due S.r.l.). The Members’ Meeting elected Federchimica Chairman Giorgio Squinzi (Mapei) as representative of allied companies, Viterbo Burani, Andrea Ligabue and Corrado Manelli as representatives of smaller companies, Giancarlo Forni and Cesare Pegoraro as representatives of the Refractories Industry, and Domenico Antetomaso and Riccardo Sala as representatives of the sanitaryware and tableware sectors. The Members’ Meeting also elected the Board of Auditors of Confindustria Ceramica for the next two years. Antonio Chierchi, Anna Maria Olivieri and Claudio Raimondi will serve as statutory auditors and Diana Rizzo and Luca Gaiani as alternate auditors. The Executive Board will also include representatives of local business groups and areas with a significant number of member companies. They will be proposed by Chairman Franco Manfredini at the first meeting of the new Executive Board on 12 July, when the four Vice Chairmen, the Treasurer and the Chairman of the 10 Advisory Committees will also be appointed. |
